A #blizzard is ongoing in eastern #NorthDakota this evening. Very high winds and fresh snowfall have created zero visibility, forcing the North Dakota Dept. of Transportation to close Interstate 29 from Canada to the South Dakota border and Interstate 94 from Fargo to Jamestown, ND. Video includes footage of travel in low visibility on I-94 from Fargo to Casselton just before the closure, and I-29 on the north edge of Fargo, ND.
