Commercial Vehicle Ban During Noreaster, York County, PA – 3/21/2018

As this 4th Nor’easter continues to deliver a powerful punch several major highways in the state of Pennsylvania are closed at certain times. A Commercial Vehicle (CV) Ban is in effect.

Some of those highways affected by the CV Ban are: both directions for I-83, I-380 and I-78.

Also : Empty and Double Trailers are banned in both directions on other roadways such as
I-76 (Breezewood to NJ)
I-80 (from I-81 to NJ)
I-81 (from MD to I-80)
I-676
I-95
I-176
I-276
I-476

Clips 15-17 : Penndot snowplow trucks traveling very slow (and backing up traffic) on S/B I-83 clearing snow from travel lanes and right side shoulder.
