Susquehanna River Ice & Flooding in Southern PA – 1/24/2018

The Susquehanna river between Wrightsville, Pa & Columbia, Pa. Over the past week the water level has been getting higher and higher due to occasional heavy rains and ice jams. A big portion of the ice jam moved farther down river over the past few days. SID: J Marc Harris
