Pine Bluff, AR Flash Flooding – 3/9/2016

Heavy rains from Louisiana moved north into Arkansas dueing the early morning hours dumping over 5-inches of rain in a few hours leading to flash flooding across parts of the region.  One of areas hit was Pine Bluff, where doppler radar estimated half a foot or more of rain had fallen leading to flash flooding all over the city.
