Kansas City, Missouri went under a Winter Weather Advisory for Wednesday, February 4, 2014 for a fast moving clipper that is expected to drop 1\"-3\" of snow in the Metro area. As of 12pm the snow had started to fall and by 2pm there was already about a 1\" or a little more in the northern half of the metro.
