6/3/2014 North Central Missouri High Winds and Shelf Cloud B-Roll

Tuesday, June 3, 2014 sure did turn out to be a shelf cloud and rainy evening. I headed north of Kansas City towards the Iowa boarder to see what I could find structure wise with the storms that were moving towards the east/southeast from Nebraska. There was a storm that had form in Northwest Missouri that moving at a pretty slow speed so I was able to intercept it in Eagleville, MO. While I was there I saw a beautiful shelf cloud and then was able to hang around and see what the bow echo had in store when it finally reached the Missouri/Iowa boarder. What I saw was a mean and ugly shelf cloud, strong west winds, and a lot of rain.
