On Sunday Afternoon, March 2, 2014 Kansas City went from a Winter Storm Warning to a Winter Storm Advisory. In the early afternoon Kansas City had a moderate snow fall which caused a few problems on Interstate 435 and than the duration of the afternoon Kansas City spent the day cleaning up. KC did not experience the previous mentioned snow totals that were expected but did receive, estimated, around 4 inches of snow with about a mix of sleet.
