Heavy prolonged pea to half inch sized hail and sleet fell over the St Cloud area late on Friday afternoon to create extremely slippery roads as the traffic kept driving over the frozen ice freezing rain. Footage shot around Highway 15 and Interstate 94 in Saint Cloud, MN during rush hour.
