Blowing Snow Causes Very Icy And Difficult Travel Conditions, Fargo, ND

A clipper system dropped one to four inches of snowfall today in eastern ND and western MN. The backside brought stiff northwest winds that blew snow over I-29 causing multiple accidents as the pavement temperatures were perfect for refreezing and visibility was severely impaired. Video clips were filmed along I-29, from Gardner to Fargo, ND, and the last clip is on I-94 in Moorhead, MN.

Shot Description
