Strong to severe storms and very heavy rain worked across the region this afternoon and evening. The overall slow motion of the storms lead to several inches of rain falling across the region which resulted in several reports of flash flooding. The following video is flooding from Chickasha, Oklahoma with several inches of water being reported around the intersection of Highway 277 and Iowa Ave. Despite the high water, vehicles chose to continue to drive through it.
