While the central and northern part of Minnesota was hit with heavy snow, southern Minnesota was hit with an ice storm from the winter storm and blizzard.
Scenes from around the small town of Garvin, MN where the ice storm has wreaked havoc on the area and coated just about everything in over an inch of ice or more.
Numerous power lines down and some roads are still impassable due to the blowing and drifting snow.

Power lines down, lots of trees down, everything coated in ice and a roll over accident aftermath where the driver was ok but lost control on the slick roads.
