Harrisburg, IL Flash Flooding – 4/29/2017

Flash flooding continues to become a big problem across southern Illinois as multiple rounds of storms continue to hammer the area. Parts of Harrisburg were rendered inaccessible due to flash flooding. Most of that occurred on the west side of town where high water blocked off nearly 10 square blocks around Church Street south of Route 13.
