2/21/2015 Westminster CO Winter Storm B-roll

After teasing the Denver Metro area for most of the day with light snow, rain, and some sun, the major winter storm that prompted Winter Storm Warnings roared into Denver at approximately 3pm. Near white out conditions caused treacherous road conditions and traffic snarls. The video clips highlight the winds, heavy snow, and bad roads. Clips of police pushing cars up slick roads is included along with a commuter bus trying to get traction enough to travel up a hill. The Westminster City Hall bell tower is featured. The last clip shows a water fountain with snow covered dolphins.
