Rare powerful tornado-warned Mexican supercell with large rotating wall cloud crosses the United States border near Del Rio, TX with frequent deadly lightning, high winds, & large hail. Shots of an INTENSE close lightning strike causing Meteorologists Simon Brewer & Juston Drake to jump into car. Also, shots of frequent close lightning along with stunning supercell structure made this an extraordinary event for residents of South Texas. Some of the largest & most powerful supercell thunderstorms develop in northern Mexico from upslope winds along the Mexican Plateau, but it\'s rare for these storms to move eastward, & cross the Texas border.
