Historic March winter storm slams the southern U.S. with a hazardous cocktail of freezing rain, sleet, and snow from Oklahoma to New Jersey. Virginia is hit especially hard causing serious traffic problems for the Shenandoah Valley, Blue Ridge Mountains, and Richmond areas including Interstates 81 and 64.
