Tuesday, February 4, 2014 Kansas City Metro Area started getting slammed with a winter storm which is expected to dump between 8"-12" on the city through the day. In the mid-morning hours to early afternoon and through lunch Kansas City has received a good amount of snow. Tow trucks have been out in the Kansas area down Interstate 35 for the majority of the morning. Since schools were canceled family's have been enjoying their time sledding with their children.
