New B-Roll of Kansas City morning fog and fountains trapped in ice.

With 3-4 days following sub-zero temperatures, Kansas City, Missouri has started to recover with temps reaching the low 30s early this morning.  Small amounts of snow still cover the ground and the creeks and river are still covered in ice. Brush Creek which runs through the Country Club Plaza has a fountain that remained on through the sub-zero temps and developed a volcano effect from the water freezing as it fell back down. In Downtown Kansas City by Bartal Hall one of the parking garages had been dripping water from one of the post and left an icy wintery scene in one area off of Broadway. Fog also rolled in during the morning hours which dropped visibility down to around 1/2 miles.
