08/29/2005 Hurricane Katrina Video From New Orleans, LA – Pre Dawn Part 5A

Part 5A – 08/29/2005 Raw B-Roll footage that is all POV shots from the pre dawn hours as the eye of Hurricane Katrina moves closer to the city. Video shot around the Superdome that shows the area around the Superdome was already starting to flood from the heavy rain. The footage continues as the winds grow stronger and then at the intersection of Poydras Street and South Rampart Street when the it shows the power failing and the street lights go dim.
