Lake Effect Snow Blankets Chicago, IL Metro Area – 2/15/2021

A small but potent lake effect snow band formed along the southern and western shores of Lake Michigan on February 15, 2021. It affected the city of Chicago as well as some locals such as Evanston, Illinois. Very cold temperatures made snowfall dry and powdery, accumulating quickly on roadways abd6 parked vehicles.
Shot Description
