Winter Storm Impacting Northern Illinois – 2/4/2021

Another winter storm is impacting Northern Illinois with moderate to heavy snow and freezing rain falling so far causing slick conditions and reduced visibility already across the region. 3 to 5 inches of snow and winds up to 40 mph are expected from this storm through tomorrow afternoon. Plow trucks were out trying to keep up with the impressive snowfall rates and slick conditions. Though several accidents are already being reported across the region.
