Extreme Brutal Cold Blankets Minneapolis, MN 1/25/2019

Extreme cold weather along with a wind chill advisory is blanketing the Upper Midwest this morning. Footage shot in Minneapolis, MN from 11:30 p.m. to just before 1:00 a.m 1/24-1/25 2019 in the over night hours.

Additional footage shot in the afternoon of the Sun Dogs on Interstate 94 in the Twin Cities metro area.
