Kansas City Metro through St. Joseph, MO along I-29 was hit with heavy rain and minor street flooding. The street flooding was mainly through the construction through the KC Metro area and in low areas in St. Joe. KCMO had Scary Looking Clouds associated with the storm that rolled through.
