Tulsa, Oklahoma Metro was has been under Flash Flood Warnings throughout the day due to the remnants of Tropical Storm \"Bill\". The rains were not as heavy as expected but still dumped a good amount on the already saturated ground.
Glenpool, OK – The first part of the video is of rushing water through what appears to be a drainage ditch.
Boynton, OK – The second part of the video I help pull someone out of a water saturated ditch that he was stuck in and of flooding along Highway 64.
