Early storm footage from Saturday\'s ongoing severe weather outbreak from the extreme northern TX Panhandle. A severe warned storm dumped copious amounts of hail and rain in and around Texhoma along the TX/OK border. Street flooding of over a foot was documented along with hail that covered the roads.
