9/8/2014 Mesa, AZ Major Flash Flooding B-Roll

The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning early this morning as heavy thunderstorms and rain associated with what was Hurricane Norbert, which had been downgraded to a tropical depression moved into the area. 



The Phoenix, AZ was hit with record setting rain fall for a single day as the remnants of Hurricane Norbert moved into the desert Southwest. 



Numerous city streets, highways and interstates were at a stand still this morning.
