Video footage from central South Dakota of a severe storm that had interacted with the Boundary and nearby Low Pressure center to create enough spin to produce a brief Tornado in rural Edmunds county South Dakota. In the video you can clearly see the bowl shaped funnel cloud condensed at times to near 3/4 of the way to the ground as it raced off to the north with the parent tornado warned storm.
