1/25/2014 Frigid Sub Zero Weather At St Paul MN Winter Carnival

Video Package highlighting the sub-Zero air temperatures of -2 & -25 wind chills that people were exposed to and dealing with at the St.Paul Winter Carnival Grand Day Parade celebration along the river in downtown St.Paul Minnesota.
