Kansas City, Missouri had its second snow fall of the season with little accumulation but has left the overpasses, exit ramps, and roads a little slick. There was a lady who slid off an exit ramp and a KCMO Policeman who slid into a guard rail after a transition from an overpass onto the solid road. I did stop and see if the Policeman was ok and he was. He was waiting for help to arrive.
