Video Package highlighting the coldest near record breaking low morning temperature readings in the teens below zero, The coldest readings so far this winter season over portions of the Upper Midwest region.

Also package includes footage of a very cold start to the work day for all in the area as well as glaze ice covered roadways and MNDOT snow removal & Roadway salt/sand efforts.
Footage concludes with some area roadways drifted in to over 2 feet deep from the overnight strong gusty winds as well as blowing and drifting snow footage over the roadways.
