A van became stuck on the westbound I-94 exit at Main Ave in West Fargo. A blizzard warning was ongoing thanks to several inches of fresh snow and high enough winds.
Several plows and motorists were stranded for about an hour awaiting the exit to be cleared. This exit was the last westbound exit still open as I-94 was closed between West Fargo and Bismarck, ND.
