Heavy rain and flooding, Ralls, TX – 5/24/2019

Multiple thunderstorms formed around Lubbock, Texas and caused serious flash flooding. This video shows flash flooding, rapidly moving water, vehicles driving in water, a crashed semi and a vehicle that hydroplaned into a ditch.
