Powerful winter storm hit southern Minnesota this afternoon can has caused numerous crashes on the Interstate and side roads. Interstate 35 has been shut down for most of the afternoon from Fairbault,MN to Medford, MN as dozens of accidents occurred over a very sort time frame.
