Scottsdale, AZ Water Rescue In Flash Flooding – 10/2/2018

The local fire department rescued a man after he found himself caught in a flash flood. The man was walking around a park also known as Indian Bend Wash became covered in water. Trying to reach higher ground, the man headed to a patch of dry pavement. Eventually, this dry patch was also submerged in water as flood waters continued to rise.

Trying to reach higher ground, the man headed to a patch of dry pavement. Eventually, this dry patch was also submerged in water as flood waters continued to rise.
