Oakley, KS Dust Storm and Wind Damage – 4/17/2018

Major dust storm hammered parts of eastern Colorado and western Kansas late afternoon into the evening on Tuesday. Winds sustained near 60mph with gusts into the 70s were common, blowing dust and causing zero visibility at times. Minor damage was also reported, including down trees, minor roof damage, and powerlines down. Video package shot in and around the town of Oakley in Logan County.
