Pop-up storms became severe during the late afternoon on the 4th of July Holiday weekend and brought extra fireworks in the form of lightning, hail, and street flooding. Numerous intersections around Saint Cloud, MN were overwhelmed with the heavy rain causing extreme street flooding.
