3/26/2009 Moorhead, MN Flooding - Part 1 - Major flooding just south of Moorhead, MN on Highway 75 with water spilling over the highway. Footage continues at Interstate 94 where crews were building a clay and dirt levee along the interstate just in case they needed to close off the interstate due to the rising waters. Also footage of the Red River and the Interstate 94 bridge with water just below the bridge.
