Video Description
This is a video of residents in Fort Myers, Florida, making the best of a bad situation. A combination of high tide and storm surge caused the channels to swell and then their streets to flood with at least a foot of water from Tropical Storm Debby. The following video shows residents paddle boarding and tubing down the street as Tropical Storm Debby worked up the western coast of Florida.
