This is a long master edit of the raw footage from the Columbia South Carolina flooding where a man drove his pickup truck into the flooded roadway and was washed away. Footage includes scenes of a man jumping into the raging water to try and rescue the driver and kicking out the back window to prevent the driver from drowning.
Also footage of emergency rescue personal arriving on scene
to rescue both men from the truck.
