Heavy rain squalls and wind from a tropical disturbance in the Gulf of Mexico pound Siesta Key Florida in Sarasota County late Tuesday afternoon. Over 5 inches of rain fell in two hours between 4pm and 6pm flooding roads, beaches, and business parking lots.
