Video captured from Apple Valley, Minnesota, and St Cloud, Minnesota, of the heavy snow that hit the Twin Cities region during the late morning to early afternoon on Halloween, October 31, 2024. The snow fell at an inch an hour, resulting in snow accumulating quickly across the Twin Cities Metro. Gusty winds and heavy snow also caused some trees to break, reduced visibility and slick conditions.
