(PTC #18) developing south of Cuba in the Western Caribbean sends ominous cloud bands into Key West as the sun sets over the water with amazing colors Friday evening. Heavy rain and 50mph winds from this storm are expected to impact Key West during the weekend as the storm moves towards Key West. Time-lapse and regular footage from HD tower cameras in Key West Florida. Biggest tourism weekend of the year in Key West is this weekend as Fantasy Fest concludes.
