1/25/2010 SW MN, Blizzard Part 1. A powerful winter storm produced blizzard conditions over south western Minnesota. Footage shot around the Willmar, MN area of whiteout conditions with winds gusting to over 50 MPH. Conditions went from Blizzard to Ground Blizzard as the storm ended but the high winds continued.
