3/14/2010 Major flooding is setting up in the Red River Valley to the south and east of the Fargo / Moorehead area as above normal temps rapidly melt off the winter snow pack.
Footage shows the major flooding impacting the Sabin, MN area along the Buffalo River which as burst it's banks by a half mile wide in places.
The area was covered with fog and lite rain as the flood waters covered the landscape.
