Video Description
Very icy conditions caused travel trouble this morning on Interstate 94 at Mapleton, ND, eight miles west of the Fargo, ND, metro area. A jack-knifed semi momentarily blocked both lanes of eastbound I-94, until a tractor attempted to pull the trailer off the road. Multiple vehicles ended up in the median needing tows.
