Video Description
Last night and into the early morning, heavy rain from the non severe thunderstorms kept forming over the same area of Stearns County, MN and Benton County causing flash flooding.
Footage of the storms moving into the Saint Cloud, MN area along with the flooding on county line Benton County line and just south of Freeport, MN where several roads were washed out.
At one point, the flooding was surrounding the Sartell, MN Police and Fire Department entrances on 4th Avenue and 2nd Street.
