3/27/2009 Downtown Moorhead, MN Flooding - B-Roll footage of the Red River spilling over it's banks in the downtown Moorhead, MN area with water hitting the bottom of the Main Avenue Bridge as the river crested. Additional video from several floors up with a wide view of the flooding. B-Roll video continues around the 1st Avenue and 3rd Street area as water started to wash away a dirt levee and rush down 3rd Street with downtown Fargo in the distance.
