Exploding storm sewer B-Roll. Video of cars driving in downtown Minneapolis, MN near the TCF Bank Building as heavy rains cause the storm sewers to back up and lift man hole covers up off out of the roadway. Another man hole cover shoots up and damages the bottom of a sky way over 25 feet up.
Additional footage of flooded roadways on the north side of downtown where cars and a van are stalled out in high water.
