Massive Haboob Dust Storm overtakes the Phoenix, AZ metro area. Video from an elevate position showing the huge wall of dust lit up by the metro city lights moving in and overtaking the whole city.
Shot Description
00:00 - Haboob moving into the area. Power flashes can be seen at 6 seconds. Scene includes several clips of the wall of dust moving into the area.
00:54 - Haboob on the edit of the downtown area of Phoenix where you can see the taller building and a huge towering wall of dust on the edge of the metro.
01:39 - The dust finally hits the our area and I scramble to get back into my vehicle as the dust starts to blanket my area.
01:59 - Inside my vehicle, the high winds are blowing around a sign in the parking garage where I was filming from right before the power goes out.
02:15 - Back outside of my vehicle as the power was just knocked out to the area I was in.
02:43 - More footage of the dust storm hitting my location.
03:00 - Two more shots of the dust storm off in the distance before the storm got close to the metro.
