1/25/2010 Southwest, MN Blizzard Video - Part 2. A powerful winter storm produced blizzard conditions over south and western Minnesota. Footage shot around the Willmar, MN area of whiteout conditions with winds gusting to over 50 MPH. Conditions went from being a Blizzard to a Ground Blizzard as the storm ended but the high winds continued.
