Tropical Storm Elsa Outer Bands Hit Marathon, FL – 7/5/2021

First significant outer bands of Tropical Storm Elsa reach Marathon Florida as tropical storm warnings are in effect. Shots of ominous squall bands of Elsa approaching then striking Marathon and Pigeon Key in the Florida Keys. Heavy rain and wind hammers the Marathon community and the seven mile bridge.
